Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Paycom Consultant. The Paycom Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring Paycom solutions for clients, providing training and support, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, creating custom solutions, troubleshooting issues, and offering strategic advice to optimize the use of Paycom software.

Qualifications

• Experience with Paycom software implementation, configuration, and support
• Strong understanding of payroll, HR, and benefits administration functions
• Skills in customer service, client training, and issue resolution
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in IT consulting, project management, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is preferred
• Certification in Paycom related courses or relevant experience is a plus
