Key Responsibilities

:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud technical components including:

  • HCM Extracts

    ,

    BI Publisher Reports

    ,

    OTBI Dashboards

  • HDL (HCM Data Loader)

    and

    HSDL

    for data migrations and bulk uploads

  • Fast Formulas

    (Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Eligibility, etc.)

  • Web Services / REST / SOAP-based Integrations

  • Security configuration

    (roles, privileges, and data security)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Benefits, Compensation, etc.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including MD50s, TDs, and unit test cases.
  • Support client UAT, SIT, and go-live activities.
  • Work independently in a remote setup while coordinating with global teams.
