Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM solutions, with a strong technical background to customize and enhance the HCM modules according to client requirements. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to Oracle HCM. Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions tailored to client needs. Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits. Develop technical documentation, including design specifications and testing strategies. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, ensuring system performance and user satisfaction. Assist in data migration and integration activities between Oracle HCM and other systems. Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide post-implementation support. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for integration with third-party applications. Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud security model and role-based access control. Ability to create and manage reports using Oracle BI Publisher or similar reporting tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
