Job Title: Oracle ARCS Consultant Next Gen Finance

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role

As part of the Next Gen Finance initiative, we are building a strong financial systems platform using Oracle Fusion and EPM Cloud.
We are hiring an experienced Oracle ARCS Consultant who can lead and support the implementation, configuration, and improvement of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The role focuses on helping the finance team automate and streamline account reconciliation and financial close processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  
• Provide guidance on ARCS features and best practices to improve reconciliation processes.
  
• Manage data integration between ARCS and ERP or General Ledger systems such as Oracle Fusion Financials.
  
• Develop and execute test plans, lead user acceptance testing, and provide post-go-live support.
  
• Prepare detailed project documentation and conduct user training sessions.
  
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience, with strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud, especially ARCS.
  
• Experience with at least one full-cycle ARCS implementation project.
  
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, particularly in account reconciliation and financial close.
  
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) is an added advantage.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
  

• Oracle EPM or ARCS certification is preferred but not mandatory.
