Job Description

As an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in enhancing our HR technology landscape by optimizing Oracle Goals, Talent and Performance Management, and Recruiting Cloud modules.You will collaborate closely with HR teams and business stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions that drive process efficiency and improve user experience. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting digital transformation initiatives and fulfilling our commitment to talent management excellence.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of hands-on experience in at least two of the three modules in Oracle HCM (Goals, Talent, Performance Management, and Recruitment)
  • Strong functional expertise combined with technical capabilities in HDL, Fast Formulas, Extracts, and Reports
  • Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UX and Oracle Journeys
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and Business Process Workflows

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification
  • Prior involvement in Redwood HCM UX upgrade/migration projects
  • Project experience with HR transformation initiatives
  • Optimize Oracle Goals and Performance Management modules, enhancing functionality and user experience.
  • Oversee the setup and management of Oracle Recruiting Cloud, focusing on career site design and candidate workflows.
  • Configure and develop technical components including Fast Formulas, reports, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure process alignment, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Implement and customize Redwood UI components, including Journeys and dashboard creation for enhanced analytics.
  • Support ongoing operational needs during performance cycles and hiring sprints, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation to support system configurations and process enhancements.
  • Lead training sessions for HR teams, sharing best practices and guiding them through system updates and enhancements.
