Job Description

Role Overview: You are expected to have 6-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire-to-retire cycle. You must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud. Additionally, you should have expert working experience in 1 or more of these modules along with the Core HR module - Compensation (Workforce Compensation is mandatory). It is essential to have an in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and their data flow. Your role will involve client-facing responsibilities, including interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Key Responsibilities: - Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for effective client interactions. - Demonstrate personal drive, flexibility, and team player qualities. - Possess problem-solving, influencing and negotiating skills, organizational awareness, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client management abilities. - Exhibit good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and providing status updates to the Project Manager. - Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems. - Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables. - Be open to domestic or international travel for both short and long durations as needed.
