Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished

Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

who can lead from the front—guiding clients through complete implementation cycles and delivering robust, scalable HCM solutions. This role is ideal for consultants who enjoy ownership, solution design, client leadership, and driving best-practice adoption.As a senior member of our consulting team, you will:Lead end-to-end implementations across multiple Fusion HCM modules.Operate independently, applying deep functional expertise and sound judgment to deliver high-quality work products.Design, configure, and deploy solutions aligned with Oracle’s leading practices and customer business needs.Partner with client leadership to shape requirements, resolve challenges, and drive successful outcomes.Mentor and guide team members; may lead small to medium project teams.Contribute to business development activities, solution workshops, and proposal discussions.Apply Oracle implementation methodology to ensure consistency, quality, and value delivery.This role requires a balance of functional depth, consulting excellence, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, future-ready HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

Own and lead implementation phases including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.Deliver functional and technical solutions across

Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Learning, and Helpdesk

modules.Develop and validate configurations, key flexfields, workflows, and integrations as needed.Work hands-on with

Payroll, OTL, and Absence

including strong knowledge of

Fast Formulas

.Guide clients through industry best practices and process improvements.Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders and technical teams.Provide thought leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure client satisfaction.Travel as required for customer engagements.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of overall professional experience

, with

5+ years of focused Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience

.Hands-on expertise in at least

two or more HCM modules

, with the ability to independently lead their implementation.Strong understanding of HR business processes and cloud best practices.Prior consulting experience and ability to engage with client leadership.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
