Role Overview: You are an accomplished Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant who will lead clients through complete implementation cycles, delivering robust, scalable HCM solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, solution design, client leadership, and driving best-practice adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementations across multiple Fusion HCM modules. - Operate independently, applying deep functional expertise to deliver high-quality work products. - Design, configure, and deploy solutions aligned with Oracle's leading practices and customer business needs. - Partner with client leadership to shape requirements, resolve challenges, and drive successful outcomes. - Mentor and guide team members; may lead small to medium project teams. - Contribute to business development activities, solution workshops, and proposal discussions. - Apply Oracle implementation methodology to ensure consistency, quality, and value delivery. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of overall professional experience, with 5+ years of focused Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience. - Hands-on expertise in at least two or more HCM modules, with the ability to independently lead their implementation. - Strong understanding of HR business processes and cloud best practices. - Prior consulting experience and ability to engage with client leadership. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelors degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
