About the Role:

Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on

  end-to-end implementation

  of Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
• Gather and understand business requirements; prepare BRD/MD50/functional documents.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Finance modules as per business needs.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and customizations.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
• Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and prepare training materials.
• Work with stakeholders to improve processes and ensure best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an

  Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

  .
• Must have worked on at least

  one full-cycle implementation

  (mandatory).
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payables (AP)
• Accounts Receivables (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Good understanding of P2P and O2C cycles.
• Ability to prepare documentation: BRD, MD50, CRPs, test scripts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
• Experience in data migration (FBDI, ADFDI).
• Exposure to integration touchpoints.
