Requirements

• Hands-on experience

  in supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.

• Strong functional knowledge

  across modules:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expenses
• Tax (Fusion Tax)
• Expertise in

  Subledger Accounting (SLA)

  rules, configurations, and setups.
• Solid understanding of

  Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

  processes.
• Proven experience with support activities, including:
• Full

  ticket lifecycle management

  (Incidents, Service Requests, Enhancements)

• Root-cause analysis

• SLA-driven

  support delivery
• Ability to support financial close cycles, reconciliations, and

  cross-module issue resolution

Responsibilities

• Provide

  L2/L3 functional support

  for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, and Tax.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to:
• Chart of Accounts, Ledger and Legal Entity configurations
• Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules
• Journal creation, posting, and reconciliations
• AP/AR invoices, payments, receipts
• Asset additions, depreciation, retirements, and adjustments
• Cash Management processes, including bank statement reconciliation
• Support

  month-end and year-end finance close

  activities.
• Perform configuration updates such as:
• Lookups
• Tax rules
• Approval rules
• Bank accounts
• Payment methods
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and deliver

  root-cause analysis (RCA)

  with recommended solutions.
• Support

  Quarterly Updates

  , including impact analysis, regression testing, and validation of new features.
• Manage

  Service Requests (SRs)

  with Oracle for product issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
