Job Description

Oracle Fusion Configuration Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repeatable and standardized configuration tasks in Oracle Fusion HCM related to Open Enrolment (life event maintenance, contact maintenance, rate and coverage updates).
Follow detailed SOPs and documentation provided by onshore teams.
Validate configurations through system testing and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with onshore HR/IT teams for clarifications, escalations, and validation.
Log and track all tasks in Smartsheet or designated project tracking systems.
Participate in status meetings to provide updates on progress and blockers.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.

Recommended Qualifications:

1+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (preferably Benefits or Open Enrolments).
Foundational understanding of Oracle Fusion Benefits module (plan setup, eligibility rules, rates, coverage, dependent management).
Familiarity with Open Enrollment lifecycle and system processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step documentation.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting U.S.-based clients in an offshore delivery model.
Exposure to HRIS/Benefits Administration in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of benefit integrations and reporting (HDL, OTBI).

Working Hours:

Must be available to work with partial overlap (3 to 4 hours daily) with U.S. business hours.
