Job Title: Oracle ERP/Fusion Technical Developer Location: Remote (Open to candidates from India or anywhere globally) Job Type: Full-time | Contract | Remote Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP/Fusion Technical Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Applications and Fusion technologies and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Develop, support, and enhance Oracle ERP/Fusion modules, particularly in Finance, HRMS, SCM, and Payroll. Work with Oracle ERP database tables, Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI/BIVO). Create and maintain database functions, procedures, materialized views, and advanced-level SQL calculations. Integrate and manage Fusion web services and Fusion Bursting reports. Develop and maintain Fusion dashboards and Fusion Page Composer configurations. Collaborate on Fusion integrations, particularly with UCM (Universal Content Management). Participate in requirement analysis, prototyping, solution design, and technical documentation. Apply knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) to data extraction and reporting. Contribute to project methodology and ensure alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Preferred Skills: Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, SQL Data Warehouse, and Visual Studio or similar tools. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Applications and Oracle Fusion development. Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
