Role Overview

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support

  Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules

  , including:
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Work in Process (WIP)
• Discrete Manufacturing
• Costing (Standard / Average)
• Inventory
• Quality (Good to have)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS solutions.
• Prepare functional documents such as

  BRD, MD50, Setup Documents, Test Cases, and User Manuals

  .
• Perform system configuration,

  SIT/UAT testing

  , and end-user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams for

  RICE components

  (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Participate in

  implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects

  .
• Ensure seamless integration with

  Purchasing, Order Management, and Finance modules

  .
• Provide functional guidance and best practices to business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ / 8+ years of experience in

  Oracle EBS Manufacturing Functional

  role.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  BOM, WIP, Discrete Manufacturing, Inventory, and Costing

  .
• Experience in

  end-to-end implementation and support projects

  .
• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Experience working with

  R12 (12.1 / 12.2)

  versions.
• Ability to interact with business users and translate requirements into solutions.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
