About the Role

Oracle EBS Developer

  • Key Responsibilities

    Develop, customize, and maintain

    Oracle EBS modules

    (Finance, SCM, HRMS, or Manufacturing as applicable).
  • Design and build

    Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE components)

    .
  • Write efficient

    PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and APIs

    to support business requirements.
  • Work on

    integrations

    with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, providing timely fixes and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to understand requirements.
  • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Prepare

    technical documentation

    for all developments and modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with

    Oracle development standards and best practices

    .

  • Required Skills & Experience5+ years

    of experience in

    Oracle EBS R12 development

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow, OAF (Oracle Application Framework)

    .
  • Experience in developing

    RICEW components

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    interfaces, conversions, and custom extensions

    .
  • Understanding of

    Oracle EBS architecture and table structures

    .
  • Exposure to

    EBS functional flows

    (Financials, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
  • Experience with

    performance tuning

    of SQL/PLSQL code.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Good to Have (Optional)

    Experience with

    Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)

    integration.
  • Familiarity with

    BI Publisher, Oracle APEX, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    .
  • Prior experience in a

    global delivery model
