Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle CPQ Consultant with 5-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle CPQ and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze business processes and develop systems/programs to support and improve them.
Develop and implement efficient business processes within the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design and deliver complex projects with precision and clarity.
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle CPQ consulting.
Strong knowledge of SQL, Java or C#, JavaScript, JQuery, XML/XSL, BML, and other relevant technologies.
Experience with commerce flows within CPQ is highly desirable.
Understanding of business processes within the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) domain.
Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems/programs to support and improve them.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to Enterprise CRM (Salesforce), Enterprise ERP (SAP, ERP Cloud, etc.), and Enterprise E-Commerce is a plus.
Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodology is beneficial.
Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes/operations is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to establish and deliver complex projects.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbally.
