Role Overview: You are an experienced HCM Cloud Functional Lead with expertise in Talent Management and Recruiting modules in addition to Core HR. Your role involves leading and delivering multiple end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations, providing functional expertise, conducting client workshops, mentoring team members, and resolving complex functional issues. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations with a minimum of 5 projects, including at least 2 with HCM Cloud. - Offer functional expertise in Talent Management, Recruiting, and Core HR modules. - Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, support testing, and manage go-live activities. - Mentor team members, manage allocation, monitor progress, and report to the Project Manager. - Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues. - Support client engagement, continuous improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualification Required: - You should have 8-10 years of HCM domain knowledge covering the hire-to-retire cycle. - Strong understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow is essential. - Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication skills. - Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills are required. - Flexibility to travel (domestic/international) may be necessary for this role.,
