Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional - Talent Management Lead

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore/ Pune/ Guragaon/ Trivandrum
Experience Required: 8–10 Years | Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HCM Cloud Functional Lead with strong expertise in Talent Management and Recruiting modules along with Core HR. The candidate should have end-to-end implementation experience and the ability to manage client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver multiple end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations (minimum 5, including at least 2 with HCM Cloud).
• Provide functional expertise in Talent Management, Recruiting, and Core HR modules.
• Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, support testing, and manage go-live.
• Mentor team members and manage allocation, monitoring, and reporting to Project Manager.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues.
• Support client engagement, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8–10 years of HCM domain knowledge covering the hire-to-retire cycle.
• Strong understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
• Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to travel (domestic/international).
