We operate in IT consulting and enterprise ERP transformations, delivering Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and finance transformation services to large enterprises across manufacturing, retail, financial services, and professional services. We staff and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials techno-functional solutions for on-premise-to-cloud migration, business process redesign, and post-go-live support.Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Techno-Functional Consultant (On-site, India)Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash, Fixed Assets) to meet business requirements.
Translate business processes into functional designs and produce RICEFW specifications, configuration guides, and functional design documents.
Configure ledgers, subledger accounting, tax rules, multi-currency setups, and security roles; validate accounting flows and reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with integration and development teams to design and validate interfaces, conversions, reports, and extensions using OIC, REST APIs, FBDI, and BI tools.
Plan and execute data migration, unit/integration/regression testing, cutover activities, and hypercare support to ensure successful go-live.
Run stakeholder workshops, end-user training sessions, and provide post-implementation tuning and issue resolution.

Experience working on on-site implementation projects in India with strong stakeholder engagement and testing/migration ownership.
