Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Analytics Implementation Specialist with proven expertise in Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), andOracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing end to-end Oracle Analytics and Data Warehousing solutions to enable advanced reporting, insights, and business intelligence across enterprise systems.This role requires a strong understanding of data modeling, integration, and performance optimization within Oracles ecosystem. The candidate should be adept at collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Customize FDI dashboards and datasets to meet specific analytics and reporting needs.
  • Manage and optimize Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) environments for scalability, security, and performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data models within Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM) into Oracle Analytics platforms for unified insights.
  • Lead data migration initiatives from legacy platforms to Oracle environments ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, build dashboards, and enable actionable insights.
  • Conduct user training sessions and documentation for Oracle analytics tools, dashboards, and FDI capabilities.
  • Continuously evaluate Oracle updates and adopt emerging technologies to enhance existing analytics frameworks.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Oracle analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle analytics implementations, including Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI).
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex data warehousing and BI architectures.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle data modeling concepts.
  • Experience integrating data from various enterprise applications into Oracle analytics environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical details to business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle certifications in Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience working on Sales, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), and financial dashboards.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.
  • Knowledge of additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience with data governance and security best practices in analytics.
