This pivotal position calls for a dynamic professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic execution and digital innovation. As the TL, you will drive operational excellence while spearheading digital marketing initiatives that amplify our brand, optimize performance, and support scalable growth. Key Responsibilities (Prioritised by Impact)

Website & Hosting Managemen

Manage WordPress sites (TheraYog, YoginiSrishti, VedicMum, VM): updates, uptime, troubleshooting.

Oversee hosting accounts (Hostinger, GoDaddy, Bluehost) & domain renewals.

Ensure smooth functioning of plugins (Elementor, WPForms, PAFE, Automator, etc.).

Update Shopify stores (products, landing pages, blogs, offers).

API Setup & Integrations

 Configure/manage payment gateways & APIs (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe).

Manage Shopify, Shiprocket, WhatsApp APIs (WATI/AiSensy).

Set up and monitor webhooks for payments, LMS platforms, and logistics.

Troubleshoot integration issues quickly.

LMS & E-commerce Platforms

Manage LMS platforms (Knorish, etc.): course setup, automation, user management.

Ensure seamless student & customer experience

Automation & Tech Tools

Optimize workflow automation (Pabbly, Automator plugins).

Leverage productivity tools (Calendly, Notion, Asana, Manatal).

Coordinate between marketing and operations for smoother execution.

Analytics & Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).

Monitor website uptime (UptimeRobot) and performance metrics.

Provide reports on funnels, customer journeys, and campaign ROI.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management (Primary)

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) for growth.

Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube).

Apply SEO best practices for content & website visibility.

Run email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns (automation flows).

Track & analyze campaign performance with actionable insights.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in any field.

3+ years’ experience in WordPress, hosting, and domain management and Digital Marketing execution (ads, SEO, campaigns).

Familiar with Shopify, LMS platforms (Knorish or similar).

Good knowledge of API integrations, payment gateways, automation tools.

Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, Freshworks).

Familiarity with analytics & tracking (Google Analytics, Tableau, InsightIQ).

Proficiency in email/WhatsApp marketing tools.

Basic design/editing ability (Canva or similar).

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Problem-solving mindset with ability to troubleshoot across systems.
