Job Description

Opportunity for Executive Talent Acquisition with leading solar company for Goregaon location.

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Support employer branding initiatives and drive talent pipeline creation.
Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

Requirements:

Graduate with minimum 3 years of recruitment experience

Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
