📌 Position: Operations Trainee 📍 Duration : 6 Months 🗺️ Location: Noida One (Work from Office | Monday to Saturday) 💼 Experience: 0–1 Year 🎓 Education: Open to all graduates/postgraduates (who are in final year or have completed their course) About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our Offline Central Management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations and stakeholder coordination within a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for support tickets, project milestones, and escalations. Develop a comprehensive understanding of operational KPIs and performance metrics. Maintain accurate documentation and records pertaining to various operational processes. Assist in data collection, research, and preparation of reports and presentations to support ongoing operational initiatives. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills; prior client-facing experience is an advantage. Ability to make sound decisions and respond effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written. Basic understanding of business operations and market dynamics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Sheets). Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, and problem-solving capabilities.
