🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations

  at Hubli branch.
• Handle

  3PL operations

  including inventory management, dispatch, and customer service.
• Work on

  SAP/WMS systems

  for data entry, stock management, and reporting.
• Prepare

  MIS reports in Excel

  (using Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formatting, data validation, etc.).
• Ensure

  accuracy in billing, invoicing, and operational documentation.

• Coordinate with

  transporters, vendors, and customers

  for smooth cargo movement.
• Monitor

  inward/outward stock movement

  and maintain stock accuracy.
• Support management in

  cost optimization, productivity improvement, and compliance.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

• Minimum

  2–5 years of experience

  in

  3PL, warehousing, or logistics operations.

• Good knowledge of

  SAP, WMS, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong analytical & reporting skills with

  advanced Excel (MIS, dashboards, formatting).

• Good communication, team coordination, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to handle pressure and ensure

  timely delivery of operations.
