Operations & Sourcing Executive

You will be joining CLYZO, a well-established leader in the B2B pharma raw materials space, as an Operations & Sourcing Executive for Excipients. Your main responsibilities will include: - **Vendor Identification & Management** - Conduct market research to identify potential manufacturers, especially in the pharma excipients sector. - Evaluate and onboard vendors in line with company quality and operational standards. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both domestic and international suppliers. - **Negotiation & Cost Optimization** - Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs. - **Vendor Performance & Risk Mitigation** - Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve quality or compliance issues. - Identify potential risks (e.g. supply chain disruption, vendor reliability) and implement mitigation plans. - **Market Intelligence & Strategy** - Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and innovations related to excipients and sourcing. - Support continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing and procurement functions. As an ideal candidate, you should have: - A graduate/postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing, International Business, Pharma, or Life Sciences. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms will be considered an added advantage. Preferred Academic Background: - B.Pharm / M.Pharm - B.Sc. / M.Sc.
