We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Operations & Sourcing Executive to support vendor sourcing, packaging coordination, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping us build strong supplier networks, ensure smooth procurement, and streamline backend operations crucial to our product quality and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities: Research and shortlist product vendors, raw material suppliers, and packaging vendors.• Collect and compare quotations; assist with price and term negotiations.• Build and maintain supplier/vendor relationships. Coordinate with packaging vendors for customized packaging needs, design approvals, and timely delivery. Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and order tracking sheets .• Assist in inventory tracking and material planning. Ensure quality checks and timely procurement of goods. Visit vendor locations (factories, suppliers) when required for sampling or audits. Support founders with day-to-day operational tasks and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred). 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or field work experience is a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets. Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks Comfortable with local travel as needed. Nice to Have: Experience working with packaging or FMCG vendors. Basic knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia). Interest in food, spices, or restaurant supply chains (if relevant to your business).
