Role Overview

As the

Operations Officer

, you will play a crucial role in

streamlining, executing, and scaling

NPPD Care’s projects. You’ll ensure seamless coordination between hospital partners, product teams, and leadership — enabling efficient execution during pilot programs and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Implementation: Coordinate and oversee hospital transformation audits, track KPIs, and ensure operational excellence in every stage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and technology teams to align operations with business and hospital goals.
  • Pilot Execution: Manage on-ground operations during hospital pilot projects — including vendor management, scheduling, reporting, and partner relations.
  • System Development: Build and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scalability and replication across multiple hospitals.
  • Resource & Data Management: Monitor team deliverables, audit reports, and ensure proper communication flow between all stakeholders.
  • Strategic Support: Contribute to growth planning, funding preparation, and investor connect initiatives.

Preferred Expertise

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, healthcare management, or business process improvement (Freshers with strong execution mindset may also apply).
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of business systems, healthcare workflows, or startup operations.
  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to lead without micromanagement.

Growth & Equity Path

  • Equity will be offered post 1-month cohort and cofounder agreement, vested over 5 years.
  • Role may convert to a paid full-time position post funding.
  • Opportunity to grow into Operations Head / COO track as NPPD Care scales PAN India.
