Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operations Officer - Asset Insurance to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in asset insurance operations. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily operations of asset insurance functions. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze and resolve complex operational issues. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Lead and motivate a team of operations professionals. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of asset insurance operations and management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
