Operations Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel and resort services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Nepali and possess a strong ability to manage diverse teams, ensuring our guests receive outstanding service and our operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel and resort, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure guest satisfaction, cost control, and smooth service delivery.
• Supervise and train hotel staff, promoting a positive team environment and a high level of professionalism.
• Coordinate across departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance) to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring effective and timely resolution to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Work closely with the senior management team to develop strategies for improving operational performance and profitability.
• Liaise with local suppliers, partners, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and achievements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in Nepali and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and operational software is a plus.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
