Job Description

Sales Performance Management

Drive and manage sales performance for EdTech campaigns (inbound/outbound).
Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales KPIs like lead conversion, revenue targets, and sales closures.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and initiate corrective actions where needed.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead a team of Sales Executives, Team Leaders, and Quality Analysts.
Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to improve sales effectiveness.
Conduct regular one-on-ones, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.

Process Optimization

Identify process gaps in the sales funnel and implement improvements.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales activities.
Use data and CRM insights to streamline the sales pipeline.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as a bridge between the BPO team and the EdTech client.
Ensure client requirements, SLAs, and KPIs are consistently met.
Provide regular business reviews and updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Training & Quality Assurance

Ensure agents are trained on the latest product knowledge, objection handling, and pitch techniques.
Work closely with the Quality team to monitor call quality and implement action plans.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Analyze conversion data, AHT (Average Handling Time), and sales efficiency.
Track ROI on various sales initiatives and campaigns.

Recruitment & Resource Planning

Collaborate with HR to hire sales agents based on business needs.
Plan and forecast manpower based on projected campaign volume.

Customer Experience & Feedback

Ensure high-quality interactions to maintain a positive brand image.
Monitor customer feedback and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
