Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations at Cygnus Hospital, Kurukshetra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient functioning of all non-clinical services, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the hospital
• Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure smooth workflows
• Monitor and manage hospital budgets, procurement, and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NABH standards, and internal policies
• Supervise support services like housekeeping, security, F&B, maintenance, and front desk
• Implement SOPs and ensure adherence across departments
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and external partners
• Generate MIS reports for management and analyze operational data
• Address patient grievances and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction
• Lead and train administrative staff for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management preferred)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration
• Strong knowledge of hospital workflows, quality standards, and compliance
• Proficient in MS Office and hospital information systems (HIS)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment

Pay: ₹14,931.67 - ₹57,868.96 per month
