Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Operations Manager is the all-in-all "Super Manager" responsible for the efficient functioning of the entire Bengaluru operation. You will ensure project delivery, staff productivity, local administrative compliance, and effective communication across all departments, directly contributing to the company's success and growth in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management:
• Directly manage and oversee all local employees, including Technical (Full Stack Dev, Backup Admin), Marketing (SEO/Digital), and Coordination (Sales, Service) staff.
• Conduct daily meetings with employees to review progress, set priorities, and overcome operational roadblocks.
• Mentor and lead teams to achieve high-quality results and operational excellence.
• Project & Operational Oversight:
• Apply strong software/project/operation management experience to streamline workflows and delivery timelines across IT projects and service operations.
• Ensure all departments meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.
• Administrative & HR Management:
• Manage the entire local hiring process in Bengaluru, including coordinating job postings, conducting initial interviews, and onboarding new staff.
• Oversee general office administration, ensuring a productive and compliant working environment.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Serve as the key point of contact for the Qatar Headquarters, providing timely, detailed, and accurate reports on financial, operational, and project status.
• Actively participate in meetings with clients as needed, representing TROJAN TECHNOLOGIES to maintain strong relationships and secure new business.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of management experience, with a significant portion in a software, IT, or operations management role.
• Skills: Exceptional management skills with proven ability to lead diverse technical and administrative teams.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and operational best practices. Experience managing local HR/hiring processes is essential.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
