Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and improve daily operational processes across multiple locations.
  • Develop, document, and implement SOPs for caf operations and inventory management.
  • Manage inventory planning, procurement, and stock audits to reduce waste and stockouts.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of goods received, consumption, wastage, and equipment usage.
  • Coordinate internal audits and maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for licenses, AMC contracts, vendor documentation, and equipment servicing.
  • Work cross-functionally with the kitchen, maintenance, HR, and accounts teams to align operational needs.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency, cost control, and consistency.
Shift Details:
  • 1st shift: 5:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • 2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 1:00 am
