Handle cash flow projections, revenue planning, and fund deployment strategies to support senior management in financial decision-making. Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits and coordinate with auditors for schedules, documentation, and reporting. Implement and maintain internal financial controls to prevent leakages, delays, and non-compliance across all accounting functions. Review legal, financial, and tax implications involved in land purchase agreements, project agreements, vendor contracts, and customer agreements. Develop financial strategies for cost optimization, tax planning, fund planning, and long-term profitability of the company. Generate periodic MIS reports including project profitability analysis, variance reports, budget vs. actual, and financial forecasting. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure high ethical standards in accounting and auditing practices. Collaborate closely with top management, legal, sales, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth financial operations and zero deviations.
