Roles and Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Design
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies.
- Develop architectural and structural designs compliant with codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects to integrate civil engineering elements.
2. Construction Management
- Oversee site preparation and construction activities.
- Select materials and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and manage detailed construction plans.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Secure necessary permits and ensure adherence to building codes and regulations.
4. Project Coordination
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Solve engineering problems that arise during construction.
5. Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate material testing to maintain standards.
6. Budgeting
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets while exploring value engineering options for savings.
7. Sustainability
- Integrate sustainable practices into designs and assess environmental impacts.
8. Post-Construction
- Facilitate final inspections and prepare relevant documentation for future maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time
