Job Title: Civil Engineer Minor Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute minor civil projects, including small-scale construction, renovation, and maintenance works. The role requires strong technical expertise, cost control, and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and oversee minor civil works such as building repairs, small structural modifications, and site improvements.
Prepare project estimates, budgets, and timelines for minor projects.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure timely completion.
Resolve technical issues and provide on-site guidance.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare project reports.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma
or
BE/B.Tech
in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in minor projects and maintenance works.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar tools).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in facilities management or industrial minor works.
Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of cost-effective and sustainable construction practices.
