Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Preferred Female)

  • Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolution with a professional approach.
  • Manage pre-sales and post-sales customer interactions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates, payments, documentation, and handovers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and site teams for smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments as per schedule and send reminders when required.
  • Manage customer database, track interactions, and update records in CRM software.
  • Address grievances and escalate issues to management when needed.
  • Assist in organizing site visits, client meetings, and property handovers.
  • Support in drafting and sending official communications such as demand letters, allotment letters, and possession intimation.
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights for improving service quality.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and customer-centric behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
