Operations Manager

Job description:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Team Handling & Leadership

• Supervise and guide the internal team, ensuring smooth workflow and task allocation.
• Monitor team performance and provide support, training, and feedback when required.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage collaboration to achieve project goals.

2. Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with all vendors, contractors, and service providers involved in the project.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Negotiate rates, timelines, and deliverables with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain a vendor database and ensure all vendors are compliant with company standards.

3. Site Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site.
• Monitor construction progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure timely project execution.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and external vendors for seamless coordination.
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and communication across all departments.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with management.

5. Real Estate Sector Expertise

• Utilize strong knowledge of real estate operations, processes, and compliance.
• Ensure all project activities align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and project scheduling.

6. Operational Efficiency

• Ensure optimum utilization of resources, manpower, and materials.
• Identify gaps in workflow and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
