Operations Manager - Social Media Process

You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of an International BPO as an Operations Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and maintaining all Client Service Level Agreements, and implementing improvement plans as necessary - Maximizing revenue generation through data collection, forecasting, and budgeting - Selecting, training, developing, and managing the performance of direct reports and their associates - Managing and reviewing operational reports such as Attendance adherence, PFP, Client scorecard, and Metrics management reports - Creating and maximizing relationships with client partners - Providing leadership and guidance to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards - Conducting regular one-on-ones with direct reports for performance reviews and developmental coaching - Creating a positive work environment through employee engagement and timely resolution of employee relation issues - Participating in cross-functional meetings to drive continuous improvement and resolve operational issues - Attending business reviews with the client - Handling a team of team leaders, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Managers To qualify for this role, you should have: - Associate degree in a related field with more than eight years of experience, with at least two years of Progressive Management Experience preferred - Experience in Content Moderation Process - Minimum 1+ year Experience as Operations Manager - Demonstrated ability to coach, develop action plans, and provide effective feedback - Ability to analyze and improve work processes and establish goals - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment - Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees - Willingness to work a flexible schedule If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to simmi@hiresquad.in.,
