Role Purpose

Operations will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, profitability, revenue growth, cost control, and people management by ensuring strict adherence to operational standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service as per company standards across all operational areas
  
• Identify improvement areas for customer satisfaction and implement effective action plans
  
• Drive 100% execution of SOPs to ensure error-free operations
  
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security standards through regular training and audits
  
• Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control initiatives to improve profitability
  
• Analyze unit performance in terms of revenue, growth, and market share and execute improvement strategies
  
• Ensure 100% manpower availability in coordination with HR and develop team capabilities
  
• Manage rostering, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  
• Train teams on safety, emergency, and compliance procedures
  
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for smooth operations
  
• Ensure availability and compliance of all statutory licenses and audits
  
• Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
