Role Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to manufacturing, food service, or retail operations.
• Create realistic scenarios involving scheduling, inventory planning, and frontline task execution.
• Evaluate AI responses to challenges such as overstock, stockouts, production delays, and supply chain variability.
• Simulate common operational workflows, including shift planning, restocking routines, and vendor coordination.
• Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model performance in real-world applications.
  

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, food service, or retail operations.
• Practical understanding of inventory management systems, forecasting, and stock-level monitoring.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as POS systems, ERP platforms, or warehouse management software.
• Background in operations, supply chain, hospitality, or business administration.
