Role & responsibilities Co-ordinate with District / Block / Cluster level functionaries and RPs for planning, implementation, monitoring, review, and assessment of initiatives taken up as part of District Education Transformation Program by taking up the role of a SPOC Represent the organization at various levels of the education department in the district and establish strong working relationship with the stakeholders at all levels. Assume the leadership & ownership of all the initiatives of towards achieving the goals of District Education Transformation Program in the district at the capacity of District Coordinator. Initiatives include; needs assessment of teachers and teacher educators, and educational functionaries, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, program management, handling day to day activities, monitoring and reviews of the program, assessment of the outcomes, documentation and reporting, etc. Contribute in providing the ground level requirements and perspectives of the stakeholders / beneficiaries to the design team for designing the need based training modules Understand the District Level Program vision, goals, and activities at the District, Block / Cluster and School level and align plans and initiatives with the overall vision of the District level program If you are ineterested, pls share your resume at garima@delighthr.com with below details: Current CTC Expected CTC Location Notice Period Regards, Garima
