Note : Opportunity is only for Male Candidates. The Senior Manager Operations will oversee the companys operational framework, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous business growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities to streamline operations and drive cost optimisation. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Leadership & Process Improvement Oversee daily operations across all depots, ensuring smooth execution of supply chain activities. Enforce strict adherence to company SOPs at all operational levels. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in logistics, stock management, and workforce coordination. Collaborate with Depot Managers to enhance efficiency and minimize operational errors. 2. Financial & Cost Optimization Identify cost-saving opportunities across logistics, labor, and procurement. Coordinate with Finance and Stock Audit teams to maintain budget adherence and prevent losses. Monitor cost trends and propose actionable strategies to improve operational profitability. 3. Team Management & Leadership Mentor and support Depot Managers and In-Charges to strengthen their roles and responsibilities. Conduct periodic performance evaluations and ensure accountability across the operations team. Organise training programmes to build skills and improve operational efficiency. 4. Business Growth & Client Relationship Management Act as the key Point of Contact (PoC) between the company and its clients. Explore new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and process improvements. Engage with customers to understand expectations and enhance service delivery. 5. Compliance & Reporting Ensure depot operations are fully compliant with legal and regulatory standards. Provide timely reports on operational performance with insights and recommendations. Track and analyse key operational KPIs for continuous improvement and informed decision-making. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and resolve issues swiftly. Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities. Background in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (experience in the cement industry or related sectors is a plus).
