Role Overview

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the

  SME and Academic teams

  , ensuring delivery of high-quality academic content and student support.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across academic and non-academic functions.
• Manage logistics of books, study materials, and inventory.

• Ensure quality control of books and academic resources

  before release.
• Build efficient workflows and systems to enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement policies and cross-functional processes.
• Track operational KPIs, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
• Collaborate with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Founders’ Office to align operations with business goals.
• Resolve escalations and ensure smooth execution across teams.Requirements  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science

  (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics or related fields).
• MBA/Management qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
• 3–6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in EdTech/startups.
• Strong knowledge of academic workflows and quality control processes.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor academic/SME teams.
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
