Role Description This is a full-time on-site Operations Manager role located in Pune at SBT Research B2B. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth execution of projects. The role will involve problem-solving, strategic planning, and optimizing operational processes. 💼 Experience: 0.6 to 2 Years Key Responsibilities: Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize day-to-day operational processes, ensuring high efficiency and quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of processes. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and technology integration to improve overall operational performance. Data Management: Monitor and analyze operational data to generate insights that inform strategy and improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Campaign Management: Oversee and track key operational campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. KPI Management: Develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and impact on business objectives.
