Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily functions. You will be responsible for the smooth execution of all photobooth operations and the management of our field staff. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Operations Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our four photobooth locations across Bangalore.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all operational matters.
    • Ensure all booths are fully functional, clean, and well-maintained to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Team & HR Management:

    • Manage our team of photobooth attendants, handling their queries and providing timely support.
    • Develop and manage employee shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and fair work rotation.
    • Monitor employee punctuality and adherence to company policies.
    • Lead the hiring process for new attendants, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
    • Train and groom new and existing employees to ensure high standards of customer service and technical competence.
  • Technical & Logistical Support:

    • Provide first-level assistance to employees for minor technical issues, following pre-defined troubleshooting scenarios.
    • Be available to travel to any photobooth location within Bangalore if a physical presence is required to resolve an issue or manage a situation.
  • Expansion & Growth:

    • Travel to potential new locations within Bangalore to conduct feasibility checks and site assessments.
    • Oversee the complete installation and setup process for new photobooth locations as we expand our footprint.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who is a natural leader and problem-solver.

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in an operations, retail, or team management role.
    • Experience in hiring and training staff is highly desirable.
  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • A hands-on approach to problem-solving.
    • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Basic technical aptitude and the ability to learn and follow technical guides.
    • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Requirements:

    • Must be willing and able to travel across Bangalore as required by the job.
    • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
