About the Role

This role demands frequent travel and temporary relocation (up to 6 months) at plant sites outside Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, operational expertise, and the ability to manage logistics and teams efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant/site operations across multiple states in India.
• Coordinate between ground teams and central office.
• Manage logistics, transport movement, and shift plans.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operations and team alignment.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational data.
• Achieve daily and monthly operational targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 8 years in operations/logistics management.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, team management, and planning skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and 6-month site stays.
• Familiarity with operational tools & reporting software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
