Location: Yerwada, Pune (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite)Work Timings: US Shift (EST/CST)Experience: 5 – 10 YearsJoining: Immediate to 30 DaysEmployment Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re seeking Sr. DevOps Engineers with strong Java + DevOps backgrounds to help build scalable, cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD solutions for high-impact digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with global engineering teams and coach junior engineers in modern DevOps practices. Responsibilities Design scalable, secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab PipelinesArchitect cloud infrastructure using AWS/Azure/GCP and tools like Terraform or PulumiBuild and manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and HelmScript and automate deployment and monitoring workflows (Python, Bash, PowerShell)Ensure observability using Prometheus, Grafana, EFK, or similar stacksMentor and guide junior engineers and promote DevOps best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize build, deploy, and monitoring pipelines Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field Required Skills Must-Have:5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience3+ years with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps)3+ years with Docker, Kubernetes, HelmStrong expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)Strong skills in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi)Good scripting skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or TypeScriptExperience with Linux CLI and OS-level debuggingExperience mentoring junior engineersPrior background as a Java/Spring Boot Engineer (required) Preferred Skills Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or ChefUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong verbal/written communication and stakeholder management Apply Now!!
