Job Title: Hospitality Staff Member Department: Front Office / Guest Services Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, service-oriented Hospitality Staff Member to join our guest services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming, comfortable, and efficient experience for all guests. This role involves direct interaction with guests, supporting front office operations, and maintaining high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities Guest Relations: Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and efficient manner. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to guests by fulfilling room requests, processing reservations, and accommodating special requirements. Room Preparation & Maintenance: Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean, well-stocked, and meet quality standards. Address any room-related concerns or maintenance issues. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a consistent guest experience. Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. Sales Support: Promote and upsell hotel services, such as dining, spa, or event facilities. Administrative Tasks: Handle bookings, manage guest preferences, process payments, and assist with daily reporting and documentation. Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Qualifications & Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification or diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided.
