What You’ll Do

• As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our recruitment operations — ensuring clients and candidates have a smooth, professional experience. Your role will include:
• Owning end-to-end client communication and relationship management
• Conducting interviews and assisting in recruitment processes
• Coordinating between clients and internal teams for timely deliverables
• Maintaining and updating trackers, reports, and dashboards
• Drafting professional emails, reports, and follow-ups to keep everything on track

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English (spoken & written) — you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and candidates
• Strong professional communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting
• Detail-oriented and organized, especially with contracts and documentation
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where flexibility is key
• Genuine interest in recruitment and helping people find opportunities
