Operations Manager

Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad
Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of the child development center. This role includes managing schedules, coordinating staff, overseeing administrative functions, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling, facilities, and logistics.

· Coordinate therapy sessions and support therapists with resources and planning.

· Supervise administrative and support staff to ensure smooth functioning.

· Handle parent communication, feedback, and appointment management.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

· Maintain documentation, billing records, and daily reports.

· Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.

· Support in organizing parent workshops, events, and outreach programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, education, or healthcare management (freshers welcome).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Requirement:
• English – Fluency Required
• Friendly, approachable, and child-centered attitude.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – 9am to 6pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
